Terms and Conditions

We require a 25% deposit to secure your glass order, as each glass unit is custom manufactured to fit your home. Deposits can be made by credit card. However, the balance must be paid by cash, cheque, or debit. Please note that credit card payments are subject to a 3% surcharge.

The remaining balance is due upon job completion/services rendered. Accounts overdue by more than 30 days will incur a 3% interest charge per month and may be sent to Collections.

Glass Quality:
Glass is a natural element and may have minor imperfections. In line with industry standards, imperfections must be visible from a distance of at least 10 feet to qualify for replacement under warranty.

Frame and Trim Repair Disclaimer:
While replacing glass, we do our best to minimize damage to window frames or trim (vinyl, wood, or other). However, cracks or breakage can occur, especially with aged, weathered, or brittle materials. We are unable to fully assess the extent of hidden damage caused by sun or water exposure, but we will perform repairs to the best of our ability while on-site. By choosing repair over replacement, customers accept the risks associated with aging frames.

Post-Installation Glass Breakage:
Glass may crack within a few days after installation due to hairline fractures sustained during transport or excessive temperature fluctuations. We will replace any such breakages free of charge for up to 90 days after installation. Breakages caused by impact or direct influence on thermal variations by the owner are not covered under warranty.

Photography for Promotional Use:
We may take before and after photos of your window installation for promotional purposes. No personal information will be shared in the process.

Warranty:
Hardware (such as cranks and hinges) is covered by a 1-year warranty.
